Order Processing

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be produced before they are shipped.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, production may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while your order is being made.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Typical transit times are:

  • United States: approximately 3–8 business days
  • International: approximately 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made after an order has been submitted.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at info@superhumanist.co with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the situation and work with our fulfillment partner and carrier where applicable.
